Just came across this today from Alive to God and thought that I should share…

Think back to when you met that man /woman that you just knew would be   the one. Remember when you admitted to yourself that you loved him. Now remember how much you wanted to act like you were in a movie, and yell to everyone in the football stadium “I love this man / woman!” You told family and friends how perfect he was; he was just what you were looking for.

Well, I told THE LORD that I love Him today. And He said to me, “How much do you love me? You haven’t told anyone how good I’ve been to you. You haven’t shared how perfect my love is. You haven’t spread the good news that I am always there to listen to your problems. You haven’t told your family how I helped you pay your bills when you didn’t have a high paying job, or how I got you a better one. You haven’t shared with anyone how I took away that addiction that would have cost you not only your job, but also that man/woman that was just what you were looking for.So how much do you really love me?”

So, I said I would  share with my friends and family just how wonderful, perfect, understanding, patient, loving, unselfish, considerate and forgiving GOD really is. He has blessed me with a family that loves me and friends that I can confide in. But even more than that, He has saved me from destruction I couldn’t even see coming. He gave to me the peace of knowing Him, and He has never broken a promise. Truly He is the best thing that has ever happened to me. And I stand in my stadium today to tell to you all, “I LOVE THE LORD!”

The start of a holiday marks the breath of new moments and awesome escapades from the daily routines of life.

It marks time to offload all that weight that you have carried on your back the whole semester.

It marks time to relax, take moments away and reevaluate ourselves.

It’s a time to set new goals and come up with strategies that will propel us to reaching them.

To reach out to the world and help those who are in need:) And also help our parents at home.

To enjoy family time more…and appreciate the members with every passing minute.

It marks beautiful moments to watch movies without thinking of pending assignments and term papers:)

To develop our talents and nurture them more by giving them that extra minute.

To reconnect with friends that you have put on the sides the whole semester.

To go upcountry and break away from the hustle n bustle of city life and enjoy the serenity of the new environment.

But then again, it’s a time to remember that whatever we do during the holiday always counts and has an impact on our lives.

Hence, the need to be accountable for our every move:)

For the love of photography…photos define us.They are a natural part of our lives that we relate with at both the conscious and the unconscious level. We use this amazing art to capture all the indelible moments and memories. Clearly,if you did not take photos,it probably NEVER HAPPENED.They are the ultimate evidence that attest to all the moments. Photography relaxes me…it makes me distinguish unfamiliar scenes from the otherwise familiar ones.It takes me to a world where everything is beautiful and unique.

It is very interesting to observe people during exam week. Somehow, everything comes to a halt, and the only thing that matters at that moment is to focus and internalize as much content as possible.

People move faster than usual and engage less in aimless conversations.Almost all the talks revolve around the exams.

My most favourite part is the library, waaaarrrttttt???  It becomes so jammed with minds full of crammed content. The hub of knowledge can greatly testify that it hosts more people this time, than it does during any other ordinary day.

I like the way people appear so fragile during exams,it feels like they have absorbed so much that they might just break off if you distract them.

The relief that comes with end of exams is just commendable. Its like people put a part of their life on pause, and play it once the exams are done.RELIEF!!!

People appear relaxed, happy and back to life.Is that what exams have done to us?

These reactions leave much to ponder about the education system. Are people conditioned to read just to pass exams?
